For years, I wrestled with one question: how should we pray for a specific medical condition to be healed through the power of prayer?
This was not a surface-level question—it was a desperate pursuit for truth. I was not satisfied with general prayers or familiar phrases. I needed to know: what is the key? How do we pray in a way that truly aligns with God’s will and releases His power into a specific situation?
And through that relentless seeking, I discovered something.
I discovered that there is a way to pray with precision. A way to pray with understanding that does not remain general, but speaks directly into the very root of the problem.
Prayer is not meant to be vague—it is meant to be intentional. Faith is not meant to be passive—it is meant to be activated.
And what I am about to share with you is not theory—it is something I have walked through, something I have tested, and something I have witnessed.
I discovered the key from the great Pastor John Osteen. And this key changed everything.
I. “Speak to the mountains”
You might be wondering, “What mountains? Speak to the mountain? How is that even possible?”
I once stood in that same place—questioning, searching, not fully understanding.
In the year 2022, we were given devastating news: our son had a very high chance of dying on the operating table. In that moment, we were not facing a problem—we were facing a mountain. A mountain that no human strength, no medical certainty, could move.
But it was in that darkest hour that heaven drew near.
In my son’s hospital ward, the Lord Jesus came to me. It was not imagination. It was not emotion. It was an encounter—real, undeniable, and life-changing.
And from that moment, everything shifted.
I began to follow His leading with urgency and obedience. I immersed myself in the teaching of faith—listening diligently to messages that revealed how faith is not passive, but active; not silent, but spoken.
Then came the instruction.
I learned that I was not meant to speak about the problem—I was called to speak to it.
I began to declare over my son’s body. I spoke to his organs and symptoms, including tissues, fiber, muscle, connective tissues and blood vessels etc.
I addressed what was failing and commanded life where there was weakness.
This was not ordinary prayer.
This was faith in action.
This was speaking to the mountain.
And that moment marked the beginning of a new way of praying—a way that would change everything.
When we pray, we often rely on the words and phrases we have learned in church. We say things like, “We believe that by Jesus’ stripes, we are healed.”
These declarations are true, and they are powerful. Yet, over time, I began to realize that there is more.
The Bible does not leave us without instruction. In the life and ministry of Jesus, we are shown clearly how faith is expressed. His actions reveal that faith is not only something we confess—it is something we apply with intention and authority.
As I studied these accounts, I began to see that prayer is not meant to remain general. There is a way to pray that is specific, directed, and aligned with what we see demonstrated in Scripture.
And it was through this understanding that my approach to prayer began to change.
1. We can boldly command parts of our body – such as bones, tumors and even organs – to move from one place to another, in Jesus’ name.
You may be wondering, “How are we to speak to our own organs and bones? Does this not sound unreasonable?”
Such questions are understandable—I, too, once wrestled with them.
Yet, as I carefully studied the life and ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ, I began to see a pattern that could not be ignored. When Jesus exercised faith, He did not remain silent—He spoke. He addressed situations directly with authority.
Scripture records that Jesus spoke to the fig tree, declaring, “No man shall eat fruit from you hereafter forever.” At that very moment, though no outward change was immediately visible, the process had already begun. Life was departing from it at the root.
This reveals a profound truth: faith does not always manifest instantly in the visible realm, but it is already at work beneath the surface.
Furthermore, the Word of God declares that every name must bow before Him. This means that everything that can be named—every condition, every part of the body—is subject to His authority.
Therefore, when we pray, we do not speak aimlessly. We speak with the authority that has been given to us through the name of Jesus Christ. We are not relying on our own power, but on His.
In this way, prayer becomes more than a request—it becomes a declaration of faith aligned with the authority of God.
Explanation through a testimony: My son’s operation
In the year 2022, I walked through one of the darkest seasons of my life. A rare and severe hernia developed within my son’s body, causing multiple organs to shift out of their proper positions.
What we were facing was not a simple medical condition—it was a crisis that placed his life in immediate danger. Every report, every explanation, pointed to the same reality: this was beyond human control.
As a mother, I stood there helpless in the natural, watching my child suffer, knowing that there was nothing within my own strength that could change the situation. Fear pressed in from every side. Questions filled my mind. The weight of the moment was overwhelming.
Yet it was in that place—at the edge of despair—that I began to cry out to God in a deeper way than I ever had before. When all human answers failed, I turned completely to Him.
And it was there, in the midst of darkness, that the journey of faith took on a new meaning.
In one of the powerful sermons by Pastor John Osteen, a Scripture was shared that deeply impacted my understanding of faith.
Following what I believe was God’s leading, I began to pursue Him with greater diligence. I committed myself to listening to the Word of God, learning more about the life of our Lord Jesus Christ, and entering into daily worship. My desire was simple yet urgent—to know more intimately the God who is able to do what no human power can accomplish.
As I listened to the sermon I shared with you earlier, a profound truth began to unfold before me. I learned something that transformed the way I prayed in the face of what seemed medically impossible.
I realized that I was not called to pray passively, but to speak with faith.
I began to address my son’s condition directly in prayer. I spoke over his body. I declared life where there was weakness. I entrusted every detail—known and unknown—into the hands of God.
What once felt impossible in the eyes of the surgical team became the very place where I chose to stand in faith.
And in that place, my prayers were no longer just words—they became declarations of trust in the God who is able to restore, renew, and bring life where it is needed most.
Now, allow me show you my son’s CT scan image, so that you may clearly understand how severe and alarming his conditions was in the year 2022.
Faced with what seemed impossible, I chose to stand firm upon the promises of God.
In faith, I began to pray with boldness and persistence. I spoke over my son’s body—over his stomach, his pancreas, and his intestines—commanded them to move down from my son’s chest area in the name of Jesus Christ, entrusting every detail into God’s hands. Day and night, without ceasing, I continued in prayer, five to six times each day, for two months.
This was not a momentary act, but a sustained posture of faith—holding on, believing, and refusing to let go, even when nothing in the natural seemed to change.
You may be wondering, “How is it even possible to speak to your child’s organs? How can this be done?”
I understand that question, because I once asked it myself.
Through Pastor John’s teachings I received, I began to see that faith is not merely believed—it is expressed. In Scripture, we see that God speaks, and creation responds. We also see that our Lord Jesus Christ, in His ministry, did not remain silent—He spoke with authority, even addressing the fig tree directly.
From this, I learned something deeply transformative: when we pray, we are not limited to general words. We can speak with intention and faith, declaring life over what is weak and entrusting every part of the body into God’s hands.
At the same time, we can also reject and speak against (speak death over) what is harmful—standing firm against sickness and every condition that threatens life (such as tumors and seizures)—while placing our trust in the power and authority of Jesus Christ.
This is not about human strength; it is about faith expressed through words, grounded in trust, and directed toward God, who alone has the power to restore and make whole.
Now, let me show you the very evidence of the power of “speaking to the mountains”!

As you can see, my son Jadon’s stomach was not in its proper position—it had shifted upward into the chest cavity. What should have been contained within the abdomen was displaced, revealing the severity and urgency of his condition.
As I set my heart to seek God for this miracle, I pursued Him with diligence—through the continual hearing of His Word, and through daily prayer and worship.
Then, approximately two weeks before the originally scheduled operation, something unexpected happened. Very early one morning, my son developed a fever, and as a result, the operation had to be postponed.
At that moment, it seemed like another setback. But what we did not know was that God was already at work.
An X-ray was taken to ensure that his lungs were not in immediate danger. And it was through that image that I witnessed something I will never forget.
Before my very eyes, I saw the evidence of God’s faithfulness. Yes! Jesus answered my prayers!
My son’s stomach, his pancreas, and portions of his intestines had moved down from the chest area. Yes, the “mountains” moved! In the name of Jesus, every name must bow down!
What had once been displaced was no longer where it had been.
This was not coincidence, nor a natural progression. This was the undeniable intervention of God.
What doctors had deemed fixed, God had repositioned.
What seemed impossible, God had already begun to reverse.
And in that moment, I knew—without doubt—that the same God who began this work would surely bring it to completion.
